Well, I hear that--I'm feeling a bit stretched myself lately. Still, even when you're driving from appt to appt and are stopped at a light, you can ease some of your stress away or at least make it a bit more manageable by just taking a few deep breaths in through your nose and slowly exhaling through your mouth, or by stretching your arms and rotating them--little things do make a difference, ya know? And its not like doing without any stress is a good thing--you need that "edge" to keep you going, and without it, there goes your intellectual curiosity, your creativity and then the rest of you starts falling apart. Coming here, for example, is a "quick fix" for me sometimes, just scanning random threads, reading random responses, then getting on with the rest of the day. Just, you know, when you're feeling overwhelmed that old adage about counting to ten really can work. And, also on the plus side, you're already energized for school when that begins (next week?)--so taking this week to get stuff done may not be such a bad thing after all (dammit, there I go again looking for a silver lining!). Anyway, what else can I say but here's hoping you accomplish what you need to and feel good about it when your day is done! !

Well my "breathing space" seems to be dwindling at a rapid pace. Appts, appts, galore. I have something to do pretty much everyday for the rest of this month (though that really isn't a bad thing.)

I think its safe to say FTV & Rob caught the eye of someone high enough in the co. to authorize the expense of going to AZ to document, so I think its safe to say that when the final edit is ready (if it isn't already), it'll be seen by the senior edit staff, probably by H himself. Its been a while since they did a "women in Porn" feature (a couple years anyway), and who knows--maybe they'll do a new women in porn feature based on the series the FTV shoot was part of and you'll wind up in the pages--after all, you would up doing double-duty on short-ish notice which was probably noticed by the PB crew and I can't help but think would be mentioned when discussing the shoot during editing or previewing. Its speculative, yeah, but I think its reasonable, too. Did I ever tell you about my little brush with H? I did his genealogy and sent it to the offices in LA, then that December (I don't remember how many months later that was now), I got this little card from PB that said my subscription for the following year had been paid for as a thank you. That continued for 5 full years which was wicked cool, I think. Glad that you still have a little breathing space before homework strikes, but at the same time I suspect that while it'll be a drag at times, when all is said and done and you have that diploma in hand, have moved on to grad school or gone on to work again, you'll miss it, even more than you missed it between these breaks (I know I miss it a lot). Well I hope I catch the eye of Hugh Hefner. I would seriously do anything to be the cover girl on Playboy. Luckily I still have another two weeks before I have any homework.

If you don't have a celeb fan now, I'm sure you will in no time--you might not know it though. We know of them by their "stage names", not necessarily by their given names. Does Alexander R. Baldwin III ring a bell? William B. Pitt? Angelina J. Voight? Thomas C. Mapother III? There's 4 well known actors real names. Any of them members of FTV? Maybe, maybe not ...but I suspect that at least 1 of them has seen various FTV girls while surfing the net, maybe more. When you consider how much is spent on porn, and despite the news today that figures are down (huh?), more than a few people either surf the net looking at the freebies or buying the DVDs, &c., and celebs are just like everyone else--Playboy did the shoot with you, Penthouse, I understand, worked with Ms L, so someone in those organizations, whether Hef, Holly of Christie surely at least looked in at FTV and saw something that they liked--and if they liked it, how much you want to bet that they mentioned it to a friend who mentioned it to a friend and so on. So, like I said, if you haven't caught the eye of someone famous yet, I am sure you will sooner rather than later Oh, and eat right, sleep tight, give yourself some Danielle time, use sunscreen, do your homework and blah blah blah, you know what you need to do--sweet dreams, Ms D!

I'd be surprised if Cruise or Baldwin knew they were related to any of those folks they've portrayed, but then again, Tom or Alec could be here right now reading this little post and saying "Holy Zarquon!". That would be a real kick, though, wouldn't it, having either of those fellows stopping by here and reading your forum! Maybe they're hiding behind one of those hundreds of usernames right now ... Rob probably knows if there are any "celebrity" members at FTV or here--all things considered, I'd almost expect there to be a few--so maybe he's getting a chuckle right now at this line of thought.
