Well my trainer mixes it up every time I go in. We almost always do some cardio (running on treadmill, eliptical, jump rope, etc.) I've done lunges, mountain climbers, sit ups, push ups, and kickboxing with him. He's really cool and pretty positive.

what kind of workouts are you doing?

Yeah...I'm exercising pretty regularly but I'm probably going to step it up a bit and go every other day.

Do what i do. Eat what you want, and work out more. In the past i've given up coke, pepsi, etc, when i want to lose weight. Usually if i go for a bike ride around 7 at night, i don't really feel like eating so much, just drinking. But if you exercise regularly, you can eat.
