Hey Mart...glad you had a good time, work stuff is slowing down here, and everyone is getting ready for Thanksgiving...and then let the Christmas season start...seems like it just last month that it was Christmas..boy does time fly...on the bright side..I'm looking forward to spring...

Yep the show was pretty good as usual, all motor show are fun for me!. Jaguar XKE is certainly a cool car, like all the jags, in my opinion. I just like looking at beautiful cars, oh and the girls of cause lol. Well i certainly hope you do get to do everything you'd like to do next year David.

Well, I hope the motor show was fun...I don't attend many events as a rule..once in a while I do something with my kid, but up to now, other than travel, I'm kind of a stick in the mud... That will be changing dramatically next year, as I intend to start doing everything I can think of that sounds fun (and can afford)...Time for me to hit high gear in my personal life. I had a friend in high school that had a Jag XKE...cool car.

Merry olde England usually shuts down come winter, gets too cold lol, only kiddin. I am going to the "NEC classic motor show" in Birmingham tomorrow, it's usually a pretty good event, i go most years. They feature many classic and modern cars, the only thing i don't like is seeing some of these cars that just make me envious lol. I love going to car shows, just nice to see cars i'd never be able to afford sob..sob.. lol. My favourite classics would be the Jaguar's, such classy cars. Car shows are usually the only events i like to go to. Although i actually go to the odd workwood exhibition, but their not held very often, well not the big ones, there's usually lots of local woodwork events, but their really only smalltime just for charity raising, so for some of them i usually send a cheque lol, purely because they are local to me and don't really have anything new to show an old timer like me. Well when you've worked in a sawmill for 19 years, you've just about seen every woodworking and every cutting tool going lol.
You going to any events in the near future David?.

Love big machines, just so i can cut bigger timbers lol. Glad to hear your pretty busy, always the thing with the building trade, it can really be so up and down all through the seasons. I used to love being in the building trade, but i got tired of all the traveling. I was one of them "jack of all trades, master of none", i'm sure you've heard that phrase? lol. So that's why i settled for a static job in a sawmill, closest thing to the building trade.
