I'm bit surprised as Tigger says. There doesn't seem to be as much posting as i anticipated. Or is it still early days?.

Meanwhile I drink & drink & drink, mostly tea in the AM & water (sometimes with lemon or lime) in the PM. And when I get my blood work done, it has to be done fasting to check my liver & kidney functions, plus my A1C and thyroid, among other things. So many similarities, and so many differences between our cases, huh? Until a couple years ago, because the doctors were looking for me to stabilize, I wasn't allowed to take aspirin or Ibuprofen, only Tylenol. Now, finally, I'm able to take 1 low-dose aspirin a day like I used to 10 years ago, which if nothing else is a psychological relief to me (both of my Dad's parents died of strokes, and I can tell you they ain't fun!). So let's hope for the best for you, amigo!

I do the same thing! Fantastic! Besides, if you let them choose, they'll go for the arm they like better and the stick might not even hurt, so bonuses all around! I bump up my odds before going in by drinking lots of water, too. You do the same?

That is a relief. I see my doctor again in Nov, and have no blood work to do before then, which feels odd, but considering she put me on a new med in Sept. and it takes a while to take effect I expect I'll have a sheet-load () of lab work to get done early next year. It might sound odd to folks reading our messages back and forth, but honestly, I like getting my blood drawn now--I have a really good phlebotomist though! Here's hoping your results are good!

I hope all went well with the doctor, WhyYou. I saw mine about 3 weeks ago. Keep on keepin' on! Oh, and I was here (again) the last time we hit a new record--twice in 1 day for me--boffo!
