I only wish I could have the time to get another job... Production + R/D factotumship takes a whole bunch, normally over 12 hours a day.

A very nice harmless old fart though.;)

Anyone ever had one of them breaking days?, like yesterday i accidently broke two mugs and three plates. Then moved on to breaking the dvd tray which i caught with my knee as i knelt down to put a disc in. I was very tempted to stay in bed today, just to save crockery lol.

titsrock 02-07-2010 08:01 PM

I've started watching a couple of fishing shows lately. I have no idea why. Just thought I'd throw that out there and let it flop around a bit...

A couple of months ago, while doing the breakfast dishes (after a late night shift and 3 hour sleep), I cracked like 3 mugs and 2 smaller chopps:eek:. Lol, I was banned from the dishes cleansing for a week and obviously had to replace them all. More recently, I destroyed the shaft of my new 30-kg (63 lb) scale. Lucky the machine itself took no damage, or I would have faced a real problem.:o

I'm actually banned from washing-up at my sisters, she can't afford to keep replacing the plates lol. I've had a few smashing times in her kitchen in the past, but have always replaced anything in there i break. This is actually true, the only times i'm clumsy is when i'm carrying plates or cups. You can almost guarantee i'll drop something. Guess it's one way to get out of doing washing-up.:D

Confirmed. I'll be a dad in seven months from now. So, I'll have to work like twice as much as I have been as of late; therefore, I won't be able to visit the forum as often, let alone post.

Well, that said, try to have a nice time from now on. No, no cries please. We'll be OK.

PS: Probably won't become a husband that soon.

We might get over your absence, but just barely. ;)

I hope we'll be reading you now and then.

TheDoctor 02-12-2010 06:46 AM

Thanks pals! C U nest time... :D

tigger 02-12-2010 01:33 PM

:mad:My daughter callled me yesterday with some sad news, 3 of the football players from her class were killed in a car wreck yesterday morning. school was cancled due to the weather and the coach called the players at home and told them they had to come to school anyway even though school was cancled, and they lost controll and hit a tree, all 3 were killed. one of the boys was my daughters best friend heathers boyfrend. i knew all three boys and they were good kids there are a lot of angry parents over this!

Anoree 02-12-2010 03:20 PM

Rrrr! That story gets even ME mad at that coach!

When school is canceled due to bad weather, it's done with very good reason. The accident sadly proofs it. It's not the coaches place to override that decision.

I'm sorry for the families and friends of the three victims, including Heather and Sarah.

Texasdrake 02-12-2010 09:37 PM

Sorry to hear about the players.Anoree was right when school is cancelled due to bad weather it was done for a reason and it means anything connected to school including sports.Me personally I would have rake the coach over the coals and chew his *** to the bone.

Speaking of bad weather here in North Central Texas we had record breaking snow fall the last 24 hrs. Offically DFW airport reported 12.5" from yesterday morning till this morning.a few areas farther south had reported 14".
Was beginning to think I made a wrong turn somewhere and end up farther north. :)

tigger 02-12-2010 11:01 PM

The parents are in a uproar about it and the prosicuter for the county is looking into charges because he thretened one of the boys if he didnt come in and it was cought on the answering machine. at there house. i think his coaching days are over! but it wont bring them boys back.:(

MISSY 02-12-2010 11:29 PM

Sarah is varry upset about all of this. and Heather with loosing her dad last year and lossing her baby not too long ago, this is just too much for that pore girl. Tigger told Sarah to keep an eye on her and help her thru this. I met the one boy that was killed once at Tiggers he was a wonderful young man who was to go into the ARMY in May, and he and Heather were to be married after he got out of bootcamp. this is just so sad and it should have never happened.:(

DWM222 02-15-2010 01:24 AM

Man..all I got for Valentines day was 1 anonymous package marked "CandyAss"...had a huge dark chocolate butt..on a stick..with "Kiss My Butt" stamped on it..
(I think I have a secret admirer out there somewhere..but she sounds a bit kinky)..:)

TheDoctor 02-15-2010 03:48 AM

LOL... What did I get for my bride? As a genetleman, I can't talk details. ;) Tonight she got me some nice chocolate candy. The wedding is confirmed; it goes in less than a month, Vegas-Elvis-like style (just the priest and us. Need any more?). Shame we can't afford any more right now :@. The wedding party and honeymoon are confirmed for our first anniversary, when we can afford a blast. :):):).

So, best of luck everyone and have a (belated) terrific Valentine's week!

PS: Wondering if Coach ******* will make it alive to his trial. Had it been my kid in the wreced car because of his threats, he would wish for a life sentence in isolation. :@

tigger 02-17-2010 08:18 PM

UG I used to like the snow but this year has been too much. almost my hole team has the snot monster or a cough, I have been taking meds for 4 weeks now and still have a cough that wakes me up at night. I would like to shoot that f______g groundhog!!!!!!!!!!! i want spring so i can complain its too hot. lol

MISSY 02-19-2010 12:22 AM

Oh what a day!!!!!!!!!!! and to top it all off David let a toxic fart right in the middle of supper, i'm talking clear the room gas. Pore Angie about vomited, Bridget got up and moved to a dif. table as did the rest of us girls in advance of the gas, the pore waitress walked right into it and about passed out, didn't take her long to figure out why we moved. I realize some times you just have to let it rip, but at the supper table while people are eating is not the place to vent your shorts!!! We made the boys all ride together back to the motel there was no way we were getting in the same vec. with him! Pore Angie went right to the shower when we got back, she was sitting next to him and got the full brunt of it!

tigger 02-19-2010 06:42 PM

I do feel bad for you ladies for going through that, but it was pretty funny. :D :D
it reminded me of something I seen in a movie..when I read what you said about the waitress that movie popped in my head and I had imagined that waitress passing out on the floor the moment she pass through the toxic gas.
I would think David would have burn those shorts and his pants.I doubt he will ever get the smell out of them. :D

I read that in the newspaper today and the school officials trying to down play it saying the software was there to locate thier laptops in case they were ever lost or stolen and they had turn it off and will only turn it back on with written permission.Yeah right what parents will allow anyone to turn the software back on knowing that someone is probably peeking at thier underage daughters while they were undressed. When the students found out what was going on they end up putting tape over the webcams and mic.

Wtf is that all about!, if i had a daughter or son i certainly wouldn't want anyone secretly watching them via a web cam. That sounds very seedy and sick and i would rip that cam out. Glad some have put tape over the cams, hope they all do it. There is no excuse for watching these students secretly.
