Hi, I've encountered a problem when trying to open or extract after downloading the new T n' A 2011. It comes up with an invalid or empty error message. Your internet connection strikes again?

I guess so. I've got problems with the .zip file, too.
Those error messages are typical for incomplete .zip files.

It's fixed now...hopefully :D

Hi there, Thought I'd visit the site and download a few things but the Photos (Professional) seems to to broken. Any ideas ?

There were some problems with that page. I think it was the preview page that somehow got copied into the members area. Danielle fixed it already, though.

Try refreshing the page. If that doesn't help try deleting your browser's cache and reload the page again.

Possible logon problems to Danielle's membership pages
 

I've been notified that there's been an attack to Danielle's site that corrupted at least parts of its logon database.
The technicians are working on the problem.

What's going on with the logon database?

I wonder how many people are having issues with their user/pass? I know at least three people are. Two user/passes that I've used have expired relatively quickly (in less than a month) which is pretty unusual in my opinion.

Well something is definitely going on. I just checked out the reasons for cancellations for the past three months. In December 3 people cancelled because of password problems. In January 2 people cancelled because of password problems. So far this month 19 people have cancelled because of password problems...and it's only the 12th of the month. I contacted Chris about this so I am hoping that he will figure out what the issue is.

Well I am not quitting because of some scumbag hacker or temporary 'puter glitch..

I've had problems with passwords several times, also I've had trouble finding out who to contact to fix the problems. Now I've got Chris's email address in my address book so that I don't have to go looking for it. I suggest that you may want to put the problem & his email address in a very prominent spot so it can be found easily. I used to go to the FTV Girls website to look for it.

I would have to ask him if that is okay. I'm not sure how he would feel about having his email address out there for everyone to see.

CCBill checks to see if OK on their end and sent an email to fix on mine. They answer phones 24/7 and coached me thru once. Here's the consumer help page a few clicks away from here. https://support.ccbill.com/?

The one that I use is just the FTV Girls "Support" address.

I have had no luck getting on to the site since the 1st successful logon when the account was made :eek:

Had CCbill attempt to resolve it but that didn't work.

Chris made another logon, but that was DOA as well.
Sounds like fun times on the server sides of things.

I am sure it will get resolved soon enough.

I'm really sorry about that. I absolutely hate that people are having issues logging on. I don't even want to know how many people have cancelled their memberships because of this.

Bad aspect ratio
 

Not sure what happend to the latest batch of video uploads, but the HD .wmv's in the professional section (v136x8 through v139x8) have bad aspect ratio - the picture is 'cropped' and doesn't extend to the full size.

Could this be fixed please? I wonder why no one else has mentioned this, surely I'm not the only one who has noticed this..? :)

I've checked the videos after they were uploaded and they were displayed correct. I checked again a few minutes ago, and they still are. I watch the videos with the Windows Media Player.

Surprisingly, my VLC media player has problems with the aspect ratio of all 8000 kbit/s videos, displaying them in 4:3 ratio by default. Simply telling it to use 16:9 ratio solves the problem. That has to be repeated for every video, though.

What player do you use to display the videos?

I use VLC by default, and you're right - changing the ratio manually fixes the problem. The problem doesn't occur with other media players such as Windows Media player and Media Player classic.

Apart from the data rate, the resolution is different since v136 (1440x1080, the older HD ones are 1280x720) as well.

Still a bit odd, but thanks for checking.

The 8000Kb/sec version of the video (v149x8.mwv) isn't available at the moment. Try using another version until it's fixed.

That link currently has the wrong file name. Try copying the link, paste it to the address field of your browser, change .../p229/p230.zip to .../p229/p229.zip and you should get the zipped photo set.

Try changing the .../p230/p229.zip into .../p230/p230.zip in the address field.

I think Danielle swapped the last two photo sets, missing to change the file names in the link. :o
