These are all over the net. People pull the pics from affilliate websites and use them as profile pics all the time.
When I used to be on FetLife eons ago, I caught about 15 profiles that were using all of these ladies pics as their own. Gotta love catfishers. |
Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about those scammers except reporting the profiles. The photos are out there and are not going to disappear.
It's a fight against hydra times four. For every one you get down multiple others come up. |

Scamming activity using Madam Danielles name
Quote:
That lady ,but in my knowledge she is original, inform me she is going to west africa for magazine shooting and live there about three months, even yesterday she chatted with me in yahoo messenger. if the forum administrator ask me I can give her email address. |

Lia would say "Please don't send this person any money." You most likely fell victim to a scammer. Danielle is safe and sound at home in Tempe (Phoenix, USA) right now, not in Africa. We can't really do anything about those scammers sitting in Africa. It's outside all our jurisdictions. If you sent that person money, I suggest you contact your local police and file in an Internet fraud complaint. I don't have much faith that it would lead somewhere, though. :( |
Hi! I discovered Danielle and this site thanks to a scammer from Ghana! :p
He thought he could trick me, but in fact he gave me a favor by leading me to investigate who was really the lady in the pictures he sent. So I was contacted by an extremely cute girl in a site called flirtic. Here is her (I mean "his") fake profile (while it lasts) : http://www.flirtic.com/1313027 This site is full of scammers, but usually from the first message, they just say "hey sexy, wanna chat? add me in Skype, my email is ....". So it's pretty obvious. But this one was more patient and started chatting like a normal person. But of course, when it's too good to be true, it's generally not true. So I played along, to see when he'll ask me for money. The pictures he sent me of Danielle were good, because it looked like amateur photos, not an obvious porn star photo. Quite clever. But his bad English was too absurd.. Typically not from Florida! And his constant "dear" added to every sentence. For example : "i wish i was with you there so that we have launch together dear." Laughable! Then, came the amazing revelation that "her" dead father had a business in Ghana (oh oh, really?) and he has a flat there, and she has to go there to sign some papers to inherit the apartment. So far, no money asked. He prepares the situation very well. And he has even found a picture of Danielle where she packs her suitcase! So yesterday, I ask if we can do a video chat, to say goodbye (lol). And he says to use Skype, because in Hangouts, her browser doesn't support video. (lol). but "sorry dear my mic doesnt work well". (yeah, right). So here we go, on skype I see a poor quality video of Danielle on webcam, of course without sound. I guess he has some kind of software to feed any video as if it was his webcam. After a few minutes we stop, he says he was happy to see me, blablabla.. sorry we couldn't chat.. After that, I was curious to know where he got those pictures. Because I didn't know Danielle then. So I did a reverse image search, and finally found the truth! And I'm glad to be able to see more pictures of Danielle, without asking this guy from Ghana, haha! Today is the day her direct plane from Miami to Accra is leaving (as if...) So I'll see what he tells me, and have a good laugh. :D |
Hi Matwallace
First of all, welcome to Danielle's Forum. It's good that you haven't fallen for the scam. Thank you for your detailed description. That explains why some of the victims who have actually fallen for those scams are claiming "But I've seen her on Skype!" when they never could have really had one-to-one contact. The packing picture might have been this: http://danielleftv.com/webcampics/w016/130.jpg (Cell Phone picture set #16, picture 30) The scammers make good use (or should I say bad use?) of Danielle's free Webcam and Candid Camera sets. If you want to confront "him", you could send this picture back ... http://danielleftv.com/webcampics/w013/150.jpg (Cell Phone picture set #13, picture 50) ... but I'm kind of curious how the story ends and how the scammer asks for money. I guess "Siah" will get stuck in Ghana with debts inherited from her father and can't afford the ticket back to the states anymore. (As if you would start trips like these with a one-way ticket.) Thank you for telling your story! |
Haha, yes, it was exactly that picture with the suitcases!
And also some pictures where Danielle is on a helicopter, and wearing a big red coat. In fact at the beginning, I wasn't sure if it was a scammer from Africa or from a country like Russia and that it was real pictures, because usually they are not very clever and use obvious fake sexy pictures. (But I should know that scammers never show their real photos anyway). With her bad English I could think she was from Eastern Europe. After he mentioned Ghana, there was no more doubt. The funny thing is that now, when I look at Danielle's pictures, I have the feeling I'm seeing an old friend ;) Well, I got news from him. He was maintaining a radio silence, to pretend he was on a plane. Mind you, a direct flight from Miami to Accra, at 9 AM, that was supposed to be 14 hours long. I checked, and of course, there is no such direct flights.. Just so you have a taste of his bad English, read this : "Hello Good morning dear,How are you doing? it is 10:21am here in the morning in Ghana and the sun is shining this morning, many peoples are in the country very nice country, how have your day been since i was not online? i have miss you so much dear kiss" For now, there is no question about money. He said he'll meet the persons to deal with her father's flat on Monday... He's really patient. I guess he'll be so disappointed not to smell any money from me... Poor guy. LOL. So, you'll have some updates at the next episode! |
Finally, he made his move to ask for money! He didn't pretend to have lost his passport or some problem to go back to the USA, but played the card of the sick mother who needs to be sent to the hospital, but she doesn't have 400$ for that... He prepared the situation in the chats well ahead, mentioning the mother quite a few time.
"My dear I want to ask you something but I feel very shy of my self. I want Money to send to my mom so that my cousin can send her to the hospital. But I don't have money to send to her and I'm asking you to help me with the money so that I can send to her to go." Then I pretended to agree... and he said : "I will give it you my details so that when you go to the bank you tell them you are sending money to Ghana through Moneygram or western union. Name: TALAATA SIAH Country: GHANA Zip code: 00233". When I think now he believes he got me! lol. But too bad I didn't get to see any pictures of her with a landscape of Ghana in the background, like I asked.. I wonder why... And when I asked if she packed sun cream, she said she didn't understand. Haha. I bet he doesn't use it... Anyway, that's how the story ends. Too bad it wasn't the real Danielle I was chating to ;) |
Clever.
With that information, authorities might just be able to track down the scammer. Maybe not, if that name is fake, too. It is interesting to see the story unfold, luckily with one not falling for the trap but trapping the scammer instead. This might be the point to either confront "Siah" or to contact the authorities to help protect others from the scam. |
Hello Everyone,
First off, I want to thank Danielle and the forum moderators for approving my request to join this forum. I want to share my recent story with the people that read this page, because if this wasn't already such a huge topic where so many others have shared their story here, and on so many other forums, I might have figured things out too late. Also, it seems like most of the stories I have read so far involve someone from Ghanna or Nigeria, where as this person played a completely different game in this case. I don't know if the scammers are learning to play new tricks, or if this might have been someone actually in the United States learning to play the game now. Maybe there are other stories like this going on, but I haven't read any so far that sound like this. This could get long, so I hope there isn't a limit as to how long this can be. Likewise, I would advise anyone who might be in the process of being scammed to read it through... I just relocated to a new town at the beginning of this summer 2016. At this point entering into the Fall of 2016,I still don't know anyone here besides my co-workers and roommates. I joined a dating site back in August because I couldn't really think of any other way to put myself out there to meet new people. Nobody wants to go to a bar alone, that just makes you the creepy guy. I have had too many of them suddenly think I feel like spending the night talking to them because it's that guy who goes out alone, that always seems to end up next to me, and wants to cut in on my conversation I am already having with my friends that I am out with for the night. That's the one I call the creepy guy, and now that I don't know anybody in my new town, I'm not trying to be that guy. I didn't realize what was going on when I joined the dating site at first, because all of this is completely new to me, but within my first week of being on there, I suddenly had a "girl" from Ghanna emailing me, and talking about finding her soulmate to marry. Too much too fast for me, I only got on the site to meet people, and hopefully go on some dates if I clicked with anyone. Marriage isn't an option for me until I get at least a good year or two into a relationship and that has never been enough so far anyways. It was that constant talk that turned me off before the scamming could begin. I am bringing that part of the story up though, because there was a very significant difference in the language that person was using as opposed to my Danielle doppleganger. The person that was talking marriage to me two months back spoke almost exactly like the person quoted by Matt Wallace a few posts up. I never even looked back and thought I was being setup back then until all of this just happened recently... After two months on the same dating site, I figured I would check out some new ones. I ended up on one of those sites that within 20 minutes of joining, you have over ten messages, all from attractive girls, that you can't open to read without buying a premium membership. A lot of the "girls" that were liking my profile and sending messages I couldn't read simply had profile names like textme###-###-####. One caught my eye, the Danielle doppleganger, so I sent a text. We seemed to hit it off pretty good from the gate. Here is where the story of whoever I was chatting with seems to be different from the other stories I have read so far. This person claimed to be in nursing school, living with her mom in Frederick MD, and very active in the Catholic Church, even claiming to sing in the choir. Then she sent a picture, it was one that was recently posted by Danielle on Twitter, where she said she was off to the store at 1am craving peanuts. It was the perfect picture to compliment the church girl image this person was trying to portray. We chatted for about a week until I got the line about needing help with some groceries, water and internet bills. I got mad, because I knew right then and there that I was getting set up, and I was upset, because I just spent a week with that "church girl" looking picture and this person building the momentum up in our conversation. I was starting to dig this imaginary person, and I felt like I had already been played a fool for starting to believe the lines I was being fed. Things pretty much ended that night, but early the next morning, this person texts me saying that they understand if I don't want to talk to them anymore. Keep in mind, even though I knew I was being set up the night before, I have had no experience with dating sites or the scammers on them until these past two months. I wanted to believe that the night before was a mistake, so I gave this person another shot, until the pleas for money started all over again almost immediately. I hit the roof once again, and said that takes a lot of balls to ask someone when so far, she has made every excuse to not be able to get on the phone, or video chat. So now we move our conversation from text messaging to skype and hangouts out at first. Couldn't get the sound to work, go figure, and I only got to see about a minute of video before that got messed up. I still knew nothing about how any of these scams work yet still to this point, but I figured that since I saw this person on the other end, that she was there. It only took that minute for this person to start wrapping me around their finger because I was blown away by the beauty of the girl on the other side of the conversation. Now I have learned how video chats can be faked, but I didn't know at the time. The next day, I told the person on the other end that I felt like a school boy with a huge crush. I also questioned the situation a little more though, and likewise this person whom I had been spending a couple of hours chatting with everyday. I asked if "she" was sure that I was want she really wanted, and "her" response was that I was everything she wanted in a partner. She began to talk about moving here as soon as she was done nursing school, and "she" almost had me again, until "she" went from asking for a little help with her bills and groceries, to saying that needed help paying off nursing school, which she still owed $5000 on. More red flags went up, and I wanted to get to the bottom of things at this point. I asked her to send more pictures, since the only one I had to keep so far was that recent one that I like to call the church girl look. "She" sent two more pix, and in these pictures, "she" had makeup on. I called these pictures "The James Bond Girl" look. This was when I started to read about dating site scams, and I was even introduced to how to do an image search with the pictures. Immediately I found the Bond Girl pix on all kinds of dating sites, and the Church Girl picture lead me to a site called twpornstars/danielle. I started copying the links down so that when we got online to chat again, I could call her out. Now I was playing the game of how to catfish the catfisher. I will admit, when I found out that the pictures were of an adult entertainment star, I thought that I was being hustled by Danielle herself. I have seen tons of angry and hateful posts by people who never got past that part, and actually thought that Danielle wouldn't have anything better to do with her life than spend a couple of hours a night on the line with them trying to hustle them for money. Yeah, the thought was there immediately for me too, but it only lasted a few minutes because I began to do further research right then and there. So I didn't loose any money, just a lot of time, and there was a small piece of broken heart there for a quick second. The good that came out of it, is that now, like so many other people, I went from not even knowing about Danielle, to taking an interest in her. I have learned quite a bit about internet scammers too, which will prevent me from the possibility of falling for anything like that again. I even got it in me, to join a few free sites, just to see how frequent scammers will attempt to target someone. One of the first sites i joined, I got hit on by an obvious scammer in only 10 minutes of joining. Since I didn't have my so called friend to chat with anymore, I figured I would play the game of catfishing the catfish. I was able to get this person comfortable enough to try to extort money from me in less than 24 hours. I also came across 4 different profiles on that site alone using Danielle's image. As far as the real Danielle goes, not everything she does is for everybody, but there is definitely something for anybody. If adult entertainment isn't your thing, then check out her video blogs, she seems like a genuinely sweet girl. She seems like someone you could walk up to in pubic and say hello to. If I have a fantasy worth sharing that involves her, it would be to buy her a drink, and have a chance to talk to her in person. This whole mess started for me, because I was looking to meet people, so I wouldn't end up sitting in a bar and drinking alone. Info on person running the scam (although probably not relevant anymore): Called herself Flavia Annang (had a facebook with Danielle's pic, said she couldn't use it though.) Phone number she could only text with, no calls 210-593-6524 Skype: live:sweetme047 Emails: sweetme047@gmail.com and spankiesluv892@gmail.com Said she was living in Frederick MD (there is a Flavia Annang who does live there) Gave this address because I said I refused to send anything via Western Union -8008 Hollow Reed Ct, Frederick, MD 21701 |
Hello DarkStar1109
Welcome to Danielle's Forum. Thank you for sharing your story of your scam. I do consider you a scam victim, too, because while the scammer(s) were fortunately unable to coax money out of you, you did spend a lot of emotions and time. In my eyes, that playing with other peoples feelings is even more despicable than "just" stealing their money. I do have my doubts that Flavia Annang is really the scammer. She might be not even aware about the scams and just serve as a relay station for the money. (I think we all get emails offering a "job" with little to do, working from home, with the chance to earn hundreds of $ on the side. That reeks of money laundry, which is illegal all by itself, but that's another story.) But Flavia for sure is somebody that the FBI would like to interview to trace down the real scammers. Now that you found the real Danielle, I hope you'll enjoy her postings here as well as the free pictures and videos on her site (don't forget the Journal videos here on the Forum) and maybe take a glimpse inside the members area. As you assumed, Danielle is very pleasant to speak with personally. I had the fortune to meet her in Florence and will always cherish those few hours. |
people always find the ways to earn money. Sometimes not good ways...
I am sure this **** happens not only with Danielle or Lia photos. You can do nothing with this unfortunately. |
It happened to me over the course of six months I felt bad have some long story about tough things had been and when they tried get money out me I said no then they come up with some story about it had happened to them once and that they weren't trying to do it to you but needless to say after about two or three weeks of them begging and sounding quite convincing I ended up losing out on roughly 4K $ to the scammer

Scammer name
Has any of you ran into a scammer using the name “Heather Mikey” when first messaged by “her” she said she was from the states but had to go to Ghana do to her dad passing away. Now she’s a hair dresser living there and using all of Danielle’s pics to say that’s who she is. She used one of Danielle’s pics and forgot to edit it so the website showed up at the bottom of the pic so I checked it out and saw that it was actually Danielle. Started checking out Danielle’s pics and figured out what was goin on. She’s pretty casual about the whole ordeal and keeps asking for money for various reasons but when I keep telling her no she keeps up the whole charade and says it’s ok then gives it a few days and asks again.... so I’ve been having fun cat fishing the cat fish.... hopefully I’ll have fun with this and can give some funny updates later

Hello Gknochel, welcome to Danielle's Forum.
No, I haven't heard of that name yet, but I guess the scammers come up with new names to go by every day. Come to think about it, they have to have some sort of system, so they don't mix up names and expose themselves, like they did with the forgotten watermark. It's good to hear that they slip up sometimes and you saw through the scam. |
In the past two months, I have been contacted by four different people, using Danielle's Photos. I have to thank the first one, as I was not aware of Danielle prior to that, but since then, have become a fan and joined the Site. I am surprised at how many of these scams are out there and how similar they are. I have contacted FB several times about these fake accounts and they have removed them. I try and leave a message on FB for you/Danielle with the name, so you can see the account, before I ask for it to be deleted. If there is another course of action, let me know and I will do that instead. Thanks
|
Wow you should be very handsome if four "Danielles" contacted you.
Never happened to me :( How do you get all this girls' attention? |

What can be done
I am amazed that the modern day theft is an on line scam that destroys the reputation of an honest person. During the past 2 years I have received pictures and most recently an offer to have 6 million dollars wired to my bank account. I was ask to open an account they set up to wire transfer the money 6 million dollars into a known banking firms web site. The money was transferred to ‘MY ACCOUNT” using a well know banking firm’s web site / logo. After a day passed I received an email indicating the money was transferred into the site the scammers set up. According to the scammers I was supposed to transfer the 6 million dollars from their site in my bank account. . After we attempted to transfer the money to another bank it became apparent the scammers develop a very elaborate web page that wasn’t linked to a bank in my state.
I guess this has become so common place that people have grown nub and do not care. |
You were lucky that the money transfer failed. That scheme is used for money laundry and illegal.
You might have landed in jail or having the IRS asking for taxes for those millions. You do know that the banks are obligated to report large and / or international money transfers? Both sending and receiving bank accounts would probably be terminated as soon as the money went through to cover the crooks' tracks. You're right, the Internet has become a minefield full of traps and scams. Unfortunately, there's no end of that in sight and it's bound to only getting worse. |
