When I was just getting started to really make ends meet and not living from paycheck to paycheck, I needed a set of valve covers for my Bronco.
So at Christmas I bought a set, wrapped them up and gave them to my wife. She opened the present and asked what they were. I told her they were a set of "Mickey Thompson Wrinkle Black Valve Covers" and if she didn't want them I could put them on my Bronco.
Two weeks later when I got my allowance from my last pay check, I bought her a nice winter coat.
