Tuesday Girlfriends Section Photo Update or Previous Work Update
Wednesday Webcam Show at 2pm eastern time
Thursday Video Blog Update
Friday Video or Candid Video Update
Saturday Webcam Archive Video

Updates to the forum and journal are done any time of the week :)
