I've given up trying to overcome my fear grande351 and i don't think i'd be too keen on being hypnotised.
I know it sounds crazy not even being able to go to an airport but i just get a great fear of a plane crashing down on me especially when i hear those loud engines. I know that sounds silly but to me it's a real fear. So i just avoid airports altogether i just should have never volunteered to drive my friend to one in the first place. |
I don't thnk you let down your friend at all, he realised your fear and made diffrent arangements.
