Well, I've gone through all video logs, the archived webcam sessions, as well as my transcriptions. I watched the first professional videos, where Rob did his questionaire. I couldn't find the answers to those questions.
So, Danielle, if nobody else finds them, would you like to answer their questions again?

Duh! I found the answer to e83's question: It's answered on Rob's standard food questionaire (at Soma's, I think). It's on your FTVGirl pages, the Bedside Beauty video clip 5, but not on DanielleFTV.com.
