To me dress two is more what I imagine a fairy would wear, but both of the dresses would look great on you.
Your accessories would suite the first dress better than the second, though. I guess you could wear dress one on more occasions, too.
Maybe I fancy dress two because I imagine seeing you in that semi-translucent skirt and maybe catch a glimpse or two ...
