Had a blast teaching the class sat. The kids were great. Even had a few parents sit in on the class. I have some photos i will post as soon as i get somewair with a better signal. I look at some of the photos and im discusted with my weight, i see my gut hanging over my belt, it just makes me sick i need to get back into shape. But i had a varry good time, they even asked me to do the class next time they have it .so thats cool.
