Well, it's obvious:

They hid a certain private part to be able to print the picture on the back of a not x-rated (?) magazine.

Do I get the DVD now?

Yep, Anoree's right the pictures been censored, but i think they do that to all topshelf magazines, well they do here in England. As usual Lia makes a great cover and i'll bet they will sell more issues of that magazine than any other issue.
