You need to play that game more than once. You'll improve the 2nd time around because you'll know what each hole has in store for you. My second time I got up to 6 under par although I finished with even par. The last few holes are the hardest.

P.S. There is a glitch in the game. Sometimes the ball doesn't move when you hit it but the game still adds strokes. It begins happening if your ball lands right next to an edge. When that happens try hitting the ball towards the wall (bounce the shot) rather than away from the wall. This tactic seems to work the best in this situation.
