Bah,i just received a reply from the website used for subscriptions:

We are in receipt of your order and would like to thank you for choosing to do business with CCBill.

Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards from your country so we are unable to process your order. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience.

Is there any other way to subscribe?
