Why Large Breasts

I will have to agree with Anoree. I also think that guys like bigger breasts because they don't have them (unless they are a very...robust man and have man boobs but even then they probably won't be bigger than a B cup...but that's why I say "bigger" breasts.) Bigger breasts are like the ultimate sign of femininity.

Well I subscribe to the theory that it is deep rooted from when we were babies and allowed to suckle...some things you just never get tired of!

I totally agree! I've never really thought about it, but I tend to like women who are ultra-feminine, so that's probably why I prefer larger breasts. Maybe it's also why I find pregnant women attractive, since in my opinion that's when they are at the peak of femininity

I read this a while back. Zoologist Desmond Morris postulated in The Naked Ape, 1967 (hope I get this right) while gorillas, bonobos, chimps, orangs mate "doggy-style", humans have for the most part changed our mating habits to a face-to-face mating method. As a result, our original instinct to mate from behind, with that visual stimulus of the buttocks (i.e., a baboons brightly coloured posterior) was lost, and so to attract men and keep them interested during sex, the breasts began to develop mimicking the shape of the butt.

When I was in the service, a long time ago, 5 or 6 of us were sitting around looking a an old B&W skin magazine. The women were all topless and various cup sizes from A to something huge. We all agreed that we loved breasts but we all liked different sizes. No two could agree on a size.

At various times, various cultures, various social statuses, breast size has been viewed differently. A couple centuries ago, women with large breasts were looked on as common (as in low-class) and the upper crust women desired small busts. Jump forward a generation or two and next thing you know, those upper crust women are wearing corsets that push up and emphasize their bust-line. Jump forward a couple generations again, you you find Mary Phelps Jacob stringing a couple handkerchiefs together with some ribbon and coming up with an early bra not to lift or support but rather to flatten her breasts. Skip forward and Ms Jacob (aka Caresse Crosby) sold her patent to some brothers named Warner (the lingerie makers, not the movie brothers) and all of a sudden something Mary intended to make herself look flat-chested has become something to emphasize that womanly attribute (this time without the added whale boning used before to cinch the waist down so much--thank goodness for aerobics!). The whole process of what's in & what's out with breasts, men's & women's obsessions with them, the social, cultural and biological motives behind them are just plain fascinating (at least from this passionate and impassioned admirer's point of view).

I can honestly say that I don't care about breast size. One of my hottest ex-girlfriends had small breasts. What I DO especially like are pink-hued nipples and areolas. They are an extra turn-on for me.
