I think so.

When I first noticed the Video Logs Danielle announced weren't available a few days back, I thought they were still in the upload process. Then I noticed a few updates were also gone. After an error report to Danielle and Rob, Rob wrote about the server change. The rest of my assumption is an educated guess.
