Although I don't have a junk room here, the heating is better, there is a large walk-in closet, and there are hookups for a washer and dryer. I do have to take care of the yard but I will most likely hire a high school student to do that when the grass is growing. I will be able to park in my backyard as soon as the landlord fixes the fence gate. I have already bought a small couch and ottoman for the living room. I plan to get a stereo (CD & Radio) and a washer/dryer set.

Glad to hear your settling in ok WhyYou, i have a junk space!, namely under the stairs lol. No matter where you go, you always have stuff you'd problably never use but don't want to throw away.

Mart, you have just defined "Valuable Junk." Items that you keep around for 20 years, never use and then throw it out finally, just 2 weeks before you need it.
