I would say that is beautiful, WhyYou !!
 So simple to wood base, type those that they are seen in the mountains or countries. I like to live in those so simple and normal houses.  I live in a building from 7 plains (Me to the second ). And they are expensive. But I hate to live in the mean of the traffic and chaos. And that noises,....
